Biography
With many years of experience, strong academic credentials, and deep roots in the legal community of Naxos, Aikaterini Foutakoglou provides comprehensive notarial services with consistency, reliability, and respect for every client.
I am Aikaterini Foutakoglou, Notary Public of Naxos, member of the Notarial Association of the Courts of Appeal of Athens–Piraeus, the Aegean and the Dodecanese, based in Chora, Naxos, Cyclades.
I come from a legal family background. I am the daughter of Efstratios I. Foutakoglou, retired Lawyer of Naxos, Cyclades, and Kalliopi Eleftheriou-Foutakoglou, retired Registrar of Mortgages of Naxos, Cyclades.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with distinction (“Very Good”). I completed my legal training at the law office of my father, Efstratios I. Foutakoglou, as well as at the Legal Department of the National Bank of Greece (Naxos and Ios branches), where I continued to practice as a lawyer.
I pursued postgraduate studies (LL.M.) at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, and completed a traineeship at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg in the field of Environmental Law.
In 2010, following my successful participation in the nationwide notarial entrance examinations held in 2009, I was appointed Notary Public in Naxos, Cyclades, by decision of the Minister of Justice.
The archives of my Notary Office include, in addition to my own notarial deeds, all deeds of the former Notary Public of Naxos, Ilias D. Anomeritis, for the years 2000–2005.
My Notary Office provides comprehensive services across all areas of notarial practice, including property establishments, partitions, exchanges, all types of real estate transfers, inheritance matters, acknowledgements of paternity, naming acts, civil partnership agreements, consensual divorces, powers of attorney, sworn affidavits, auctions, and corporate matters.
Services are provided throughout the Greek territory, with the possibility of signing outside Naxos, including the Small Cyclades and Amorgos.
